I'm having this problem few weeks ago...

I'm using GeForce FX 5200 and it runs smooth on every games I play, but for some reason now whenever I start a game, the screen goes flashy and lag and stuff like that, I don't know what happen to it, and yup, I'm pissed off, just now.

So can anyone help me with that?

Should I config the setting of the video card? if so, please tell me which to config.

I suspect that one of the reason maybe the window, the problem happen after I updated my XP home edition to SP2.

So PLEASE!!! Help me!!! :(

Oh and I got Direct X 9.0c if you want to know.
and please don't tell me to change video card, things like that, I ain't got much money to get one.

Try updating the drivers and making sure everything is compatable.

I tried to update it on NVIDIA's setting but it said "Aplication can't found"

Since you game, I'd recommend Omega drivers. They're slightly modified for gaming.

Although it still goes flashy and stuff, but at least it is not like disco light lol~

will the flashy stuff gone if I play game on lower setting or it will still stay the same?
