Title: New Forum (Ideas?)

Ok, after my failed attempt at Amazing Forums, I remastered the place for the guy at SmokedBacon.net. Those forums are ghost forums right now since nobody knows about them.
So, I want to start a new forum.
But obviously the forum wont last unless it is:
1. Original and interesting
2. At least 2 people are willing to be ADMINS and MODS.
If any of you have any good ideas or are willing to help thee out post here.

I can do whatever.
I can be an Admin, Moderator, Banned bastard or just generaly Suggest shit.
First, you need a simple skin that looks good, yet is easy to get used to.
Second, you need something that keeps people there, like an Arcade.
Third you need active members before launch.
Fourth you need an extremely active forum inside of it, a Spam forum.. Babe forum.. whatever.

We got this place kind of active. Honestly I've advertised at NG, locked topic. Advertised in sig, nothing. Advertised at PGTA, locked topic. Nothing. Advertised at UG, nothing.
