Heres a way to keep the balaclava after the burglary missions ended...

Start the burglary missions and park infront of a barber shop. Enter the shop and walk into the red circle to take a seat. Press X to view a haircut and wait until the time expires. Once the mission has ended press triangle and the barber will "put" the mask back on you. Now you may leave the barber shop with the mask on your face. ..

Note: You may not change your clothes or die/ get busted the mask will disappear.

CJs mouth doesn't move in the cutscenes though, and when you walk he has this hunched over look like in Burglary missions

did this awhile agao. back when gta sa screens where a special thing (pre pc era, not many people could get them. not there crap cuz its wasy on pc and people take pics of lots of crappy unintresting stuff).....anyway, i took some of it. looked cool.i also threw on the night vision with the mask on. it looked badass with camo pants and what not.

This makes slitting throats fun. :)
