im surprised that absolutely noone here seems to have posted about this game, so ill give you guys the info. this here is an ultra realistic FPS and tank simulator that lets you fight on the eastern front of world war 2 as either the soviet comrades or the fascist pigs of nazi germany, the community is of a friendly size and the game is alot of fun once you get the hang of it.

i warn you, this probably isnt a game for runngun CS and BF2players who run around calling people n00bs. in this game you dont have crosshairs, you dont have a hud telling you how many rounds are in your magazine, you dont ahve health packs conveniently lying around everywhere, and one bullet will usually always do you in. but if something alot more authentic sparks your interest, check this game out. its available on steam and at lotsof stores.

It doesn't tell you how much ammo you have? What kind of a game is that?

yeah, its kind of the point. btw, your hud does say how many magazines you have left, but it wont tell you how many rounds you still got in your loaded clip.
for example, if you got a russian SVT rifle, itll say on the bottom of the screen that you got like 5 clips for it, but thats all it says. fyi the svt hold ten rounds a clip, so if you start shooting itd be a good idea to count how many shots youve fired and how many you got left, or you could just reload after every ton of shots just to be safe.

I've heard about this game. It seems kind of interesting. Isn't there three versions of the game? The one from Valve, the Unreal Tournament 2004 mod, and the the version from some independent company?

no, theres the original mod for ut, then theres the one on steam made by TRIPWIRE INTERACTIVE..both are amde by tripwire, and the steam game is best imo
