Ok, I was just messin around one day, sat in the woods in a car and listened to the following radio stations:
K-dst
RLS
Radio X
WCTR
They all say something about this big thick fog. There was an earthquake, not a fog out. Why did Rockstar put this in the game?

Did you have a weather cheat in?
Usualy Radio stations tell you what kind of weather is about to happen.
Like Sage would say "Yes! Its finally raining!... yadda yadda yadda" and it would have started raining.
And since when are there Earthquakes in SA?...

Since never.
Crashing planes give the effect of a short earthquake, but rest assured, they aren't.

I'm only been killed by an airplane once, almost killed by one though two other times.
Once in Vinewood.
And the Desert Airfield and the Forest.

In SF there is always fog somtimes in the morning and it makes seeing other cars quite difficult.

I've heard it before. Like a real radio station they tell you what the weather is like.
