I agree, it's perfectly fine unless it isn't taking time over other activities. That's why I only do it once a day, (usually at night). Honestly I find it not only feels good but it can releive stress as well. :yes: Also it has been said it prevents prostate cancer. ^_^

I feel stressed all the time. Main causes are School, Family, My attempt at a love life.

Well that's what most teenagers feel stressed about, I am too sometimes, for the same reasons. School will get better, just get through it the best you can. Family problems suck, I have my share of them weekly. :( I wouldn't worry much about relationships though, it's more of a distraction right now than anything. Being single has its perks. ^_^
