Caral Johnson has taken over San andreas through each and every city. But now it's the 20th century and the Communits, crooked cops, and gangs want to take his power and put him back into the low ghetto life. Battle through it and take over the state!

Caral johnson has taken over San andreas but ffigured, why stop here? it's the 20th century he has now flew to Vice city to meet a guy named Tommy vercetti. When a deal goes bad, their friendship goes loose and CJ Has to take over the state.

The year 2004 has seen many casualties in crime... Claude was injured in a battle with police in Staunton Island, CJ was attacked and his house was burned to the ground, Tommy Vercetti had a Heart Attack, it seems that the police are just getting stronger and stronger..
But now, the protagonists are going to strike back... Fight the system.. Fight the police.. FIGHT THE POWER!

CJ get's caught doing some MOB Leaders' wife, and struggles to escape from them. He runs through all the cities he's ever been too, doing work and odd-jobs to pay for hide-outs and food....
