Title: Modding Tools?

Does anyone know a program that can edit the .dff(3d) files in San Andreas? I tried the
zmodeler but you have to pay to edit the files.. So if you know something please tell me.
What Im asking for is something like the Zmodeler but free.

There's nothing illegal about acquiring the software for research purposes, provided you *delete* it within 24 hours, or pay for the licence to use it.
