He's some guy off of another forum who spams all the time and derails topics. He hasn't been banned only because the banning function of the forum is borked.
It really annoys him when people Photoshop this picture of him, so that would do to piss him off. Just stick his head on a gorillas body or something (but funnier and more creative). I'm at work and haven't got time today to think of anything good :(.

I'm normally on forums whilst waiting for renders and stuff at work. It depends on how busy I am as to whether I can fanny about with Photoshop, or Paint.
