I'm going for 100%, but can't find 'Cone Crazy' and 'Trial By Dirt'. Can anyone tell me where they are?

"Cone Crazy" Is on the top floor of the car park in Washington Mall, when you get to the top you'll see a Stallion car parked somewhere there, enter it to begin the mission.
"Trial By Dirt" & "Test Track" Can be found not far from the Hyman Memorial Stadium on, suprise-suprise, a dirt track. It's not that hard to find just look on your map and you'll spot it easily. If not, post back and I'll describe the location a bit better for you.
