Old school Rugrats was the best. Angelica was such a bitch! And, that Ren & Stimpy, that was just weird + gross, I didn't like that show.

Over here, we have 5 terrestrial channels and then you pay extra for anymore. I haven't got any where near 200 channels, but Sky One is like channel 140. The channels start at 101 on cable though, and have a lot of blanks inbetween channels, so maybe its the same for Mini-Me.
